Craft House

We have worked on this period house for several clients, creating rear extensions and completely remodelling the interiors. On this latest project we added another rear extension to maximise the volume of the house whilst remaining fully compliant with planning policy. The windows were also all refitted with traditional style double grazed units compliant with current building regulations and new rooflights were installed to maximise natural lighting in a deep plan building.

Special care was taken to make the interiors fit the client’s taste and various bespoke items were commissioned. Crittal style doors were used internally to create openness between spaces and an elegant new staircase with black metal spindles was fitted complementing the Crittal style framing of the doors.

All the bathrooms were stripped out and fully redesigned, as was the kitchen. Specific attention was paid to the detailed design of the sanitary ware and tiling.
