We guide clients through every stage of their construction project with a comprehensive range of services. Our process begins by capturing our clients’ vision and developing a clear project brief, followed by exploring and finalising design concepts. Once the design is complete and planning consent is secured, we prepare detailed construction information, coordinate with consultants, and manage the tender process to select the best contractor. During construction, we actively oversee progress with regular site meetings and provide ongoing support via our Contract Administration role. Our commitment extends to a thorough handover process, including inspections and final adjustments, to ensure a seamless transition and a project that meets the highest standards.

    We design new-build bespoke private houses,
    carry out private house alterations and
    refurbishments, and work on residential
    development schemes. We work on a variety
    of different houses, including Arts & Crafts,
    Neo-classical and contemporary.

    We have extensive experience working
    on Grade I, II*, and III Listed Buildings
    and advising private, corporate, and
    property investment clients. One of our
    directors is accredited as a Specialist
    Conservation Architect.
