Our Projects

Bentall Centre

The Bentall Centre is a four-storey shopping mall and leisure destination based in Kingston-Upon-Thames that offers a range of lifestyle brands, restaurants, and a cinema. We have been consulting and designing for alterations across its entirety throughout the centre since the late 1990’s, both for Aviva as the landlord and for several tenants. We have created new retail space in voids, constructed new retail and storage space on the roof and redesigned the mall areas and public toilets, to “soften” the shoppers environment. For the last ten years we have been the tenant liaison consultants.

Further projects at the centre have included new entrances, redesign of the food court, a new food and beverage ‘hub’, extended bridges with services for mall commercialisation, mall enhancements including materials and finishes, new signage and lighting, and complex enabling works to form several multi-level units.

The Fort Shopping Park

Fort Shopping Park is a major retail destination in Manchester Birmingham. We worked on several parts of the park and designed three free standing food and beverage units for Frankie & Benny’s, Harvester, and McDonald’s.  All three food and beverage units were individually designed to suit tenant’s requirements and to integrate seamlessly into the park.

We also reconfigured and extended two large retail units for the leading clothing retailer Primark creating a new entrance and a full cover mezzanine. Our first project at the park was to design a new free-standing toilet block with DDA and Baby Change facilities.

Swan Walk Shopping Centre

Swan Walk Shopping Centre is a single storey enclosed shopping centre with a central atrium and storage areas above each shop at first floor level. We worked on various projects within the centre to reconfigure units, enhance the central atrium and enlarge and modernise the toilet facilities. Two of the completed projects were large new two level retail spaces created for Next and H&M which became anchor stores in the central atrium.

Other projects included mall improvements including finishes and new lighting, redesigned lift lobby, new signage, new toilet facilities and various unit reconfigurations to satisfy new tenants requirements.
